Which membership is right for me?

If you use your name as your business then Individual Membership is for you (e.g. Mark Zwimmer). If your business is a separate entity with its own name then Company Membership is suitable for you (e.g. YEG Fitness).

What happens after I apply for membership?

Once you fill in the application form it will take us up to 48 hours to approve your membership, only then you will be requested to pay for the membership. If your profile is not approved for whatever reason, we will make sure to contact you personally and discuss other ways you can take part in the group.

How do I cancel my membership?

You can cancel you membership by simply sending an e-mail to hello@citynsocial.com at least 5 days prior to renewal date and request a cancellation. There are no cancellation fees.

Can I get a refund?

There are no refunds.

How do I re-activate my membership?

City 'N Social does not have cancellation fees, but we do have a re-activation fee of CAD$100 to discourage members cancelling and re-activating which may cause a lot of confusion in our community.

Do I need to register for the events as a member?

Yes, please register to all the events that you want to attend and cancel your registration if you are missing the event - we have limited spaces available.

Are ALL the events free for members?

Even though most of the events are free for City 'N Social members, some of the educational events (or workshops) do have a cost. We are working closely with many educators in the community and we offer our members the best price, whether that is free or discounted.
